When it came to building vehicles, we took the same approach we’ve always taken to sourcing, to finding beans, to tracking down the rarest chocolate. Painstaking and bespoke. Taking your time, after all, is the very definition of luxury. We hand built all of our 5 set-ups, and can adapt to every situation…..

The Library

On a rainy suburban location shoot, bringing elegance and joy along is the hardest task. The Library delivers.

In early 2024 we snapped up a decommissioned Library Bus from Bristol Council, and then spent 6 months trying to find a team to help us rebuild it.

Studio Hardie were a joy to work with, our dreams realised. Featuring a full service cafe, hand crafted from Sapele hardwood (sustainable of course) with adorable climate positive flooring via Forbo.

Plus, hidden within, our ‘Barista in a Box’ counters.

The Barista in a Box

Launched in 2024 and our proudest moment yet. Everything you need for an indoor shoot …. and it’s all in flight cases. We roll in, we plug in, we make you happy and we roll out again.

The Cube

For small shoots, requiring only hot and iced drinks, our customised Cube comes into its own. A modern design classic with cute as a button lines, our Cube makes people smile even before the coffee gets served. It’s also especially great for tight locations. Your location manager will love you.

The Pony (Counters)

The Pony has now been retired. We donated the vehicle to Ukraine. A sad yet proud day for our little company.

However the counters have, of course, been kept.

The Pony’s counters were always removable, thus if you need us inside, on the stage or somewhere discreet for clients only, just let us know. This ingeniously designed duet will wheel down the ramp and brighten up your day. We’ll need an extra 30 minutes to get set up, but clients will want to work with you forever.

Please note that the Pony counters are seriously heavy (just imagine 100 litres of water, steel framing and a hardwood exterior) It is on wheels and can go anywhere, but stairs and lawns are most certainly a no-no. Also bear in mind that cargo lifts will need measuring to make sure it fits before we arrive.

The Corner House

For longer film, animation and TV shoots we’ve also recently launched our Corner House set-up. Featuring two entirely upcycled counters (one for display, one for the coffee machine) to create what is essentially your very own, very ethical, café.

Built to sit indoors and offering our full craft service menu. The Corner House takes less than a morning to build, but can stay for months. Just power us up and your stage will be the envy of the studio. A happy and motivated crew guaranteed.
